June 13th  2006 The second OMB prehearing for Br Stubbs park was held. Presentation of the Minutes of Settlement between the Township and Dr Stubbs was made. The County is also looking for a separate settlement.
Due to the limited time offered by the parties to review this document, a new prehearing has been scheduled for Thursday Sept 21st 2006 at 10:00 a.m.

May 29th 2006 Tiny Township has approved and selected the public representatives of the Bluewater Beach Advisory committee. It's first meeting was held on June 16th 2006 and the next meeting is scheduled for July 13 th at 10:30

March 9th 2006 - Dr Stubbs appeal to OMB Prehearing happened today.  Tiny Township is currently negotiating  a stettlement with Dr Stubbs. Pending the result of these negociations, and the production of the settlement minutes, the next Prehearing has been planned for June 13th 2005 at 10:30 Tiny Township Council Chambers.

Feb. 1st 2006 - Tiny Township has approved the Staff report on the Bluewater Dunes Management Plan. Please review carefully this report. We encourage you to send us your comments, and we would also appreciate to receive volunteers applications.
